The Western Pennsylvania Linux Users Group is conducting a vote by absentee ballot for the Board of Directors. Votes will be counted at the October 2008 General User Meeting. Voting will take place until the polls are declared closed at the meeting.
The list of candidates and information statements provided can be found on the nominations page.
The Special Rules of Order for this Election and Absentee Balloting procedure were adopted by the board on September 22, 2005. They can be found in the minutes of the September 22, 2005 board meeting.
Ballots and envelopes will be made available at the meeting.
An explanation on how to vote, including instructions for absentee voters, is on the ballot which was sent to all members.

Current WPLUG members have the right to vote in this election. If you do not know whether you are still listed as a paid member on the membership rolls, please contact the WPLUG Secretary, Beth Lynn Eicher.
